This notice explains what TecTony Verify collects when you use this demo, how it is handled, and how to reach us. TecTony Verify is a demonstration product operated by TecTony Co., Ltd.
On-device processing
The verification flow — presence, liveness, anti-replay and face match — runs entirely in your browser. No raw video or camera stream is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
What we store
Only the evidence snapshots shown to you during a session, plus per-stage confidence scores and a session record, are sent to encrypted storage (Cloudflare R2, APAC region) so a demo result can be reviewed. Your face embedding stays on your device.
How long we keep it
Demo evidence is kept only for a limited review period and then deleted. In a production deployment the customer, as data controller, sets the retention term to meet their PDPA obligations.
The access-request form
If you request demo access, we collect the name, work email and company you provide, solely to contact you about the demo. We do not sell this data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
You can decline camera access and still browse the site. To ask what we hold about you, or to have your demo evidence or access request deleted, contact us using the details below.
